[杭州]租赁场地经营企业 今后要缴一笔工资保证金
<P> <!-- mark ( diantou ) parse end-->杭州租赁场地经营的企业，今后都要缴纳一笔工资保证金。杭州劳动保障部门将在全市推广并建立租用场地经营企业职工工资保证金制度。这些企业一旦欠薪，职工的工资就可以从工资保证金中支付，从而为职工工资上了“保险”。</P>

<P> 早在去年，滨江区和余杭区已率先建立了工资保证金制度。以滨江区为例，该区服装、皮件、机械、五金、餐饮服务等行业的企业和有雇工的个体工商户，只要租用他人厂房、场地或者设备经营的，都要按企业工商注册资金的10%缴纳工资保证金，最低2万元，最高20万元。如果该企业拖欠或克扣职工工资，区劳动保障监察大队将责令其限期整改，逾期不支付工资的，将直接从工资保证金账户中先支付一定数额的工资。</P>
