大学毕业生爱当“哈租族”
The "hire clan", or hazuzu, is a phrase coined in recent years. The philosophy of the hire clan's members is to spend less money, have fun and improve living standards while avoiding waste, allowing them to save for necessities. This is quite a departure from the traditional Chinese mentality of ownership。“哈租族”是近年来出现的一个新词。“哈租族”的观点是,花更少的钱享乐和提高生活水平,避免浪费,以便能够省下钱购买必需品。这与中国人传统的所有权心理有了很大的不同。
With an average income for new university graduates of about 2,300 yuan a month - only slightly more than a migrant worker earns. The young adults of the hire clan have no choice but to follow the advice: If buying an apartment is not an option, renting is worth considering。

But the group is renting not just flats and cars, but products that are only occasionally used - fine clothes and accessories for parties, and photographic and sports and camping equipment for holidays. This way, they can have fun and pursue a trendy lifestyle even though they cannot afford to buy these things。
不过,“哈租族”不仅租房租车,还租偶尔使用的物品,比如参加派对的华丽服饰和配饰,还有度假用的摄影、运动和露营装备。通过这种方式,他们虽然买不起这些东西,却仍能享乐和追求时尚的生活方式。 我也觉得是租房什么的好。。 我觉得小孩子从小就让他接触英语的话是最好的,小孩子那种自然而然的接受能力是很强的,但小孩子的英语学习不提倡只有记记背背,很容易让小孩产生抵触心理。我给我小孩报了可恩学科英语在线少儿英语培训班,上课方式比较新颖,老师都挺有经验的,而且也注重培养孩子的学习兴趣,教学手段也很新鲜有趣,小孩在无形中就学会了很多英语表达。
