清雅苑那边的房子大概是什么价位啊？？？

房子刚租下来，想找几个爱干净又安静的人一起住。

因为一次付掉了一年的房租（差点把学费都垫上。。。），所以希望租房者能够长期住下来。

房间一：8-10平。季付260。半年付230。年付200。

因为付掉了房租，还没有周转过来，等资金周转过来，我们会装一个公共空调、公用洗衣机大家一起用恩。我和我的一个朋友也住在里面，所以希望大家都能住的舒服和开心。另外还有很大的一个空间，可以放放沙发、电视啊之类的，等以后大家一起好好经营恩。房间的租金是我们合好的价格，包含每年1700元的物业管理费和1280元的宽带恩。
